Mycelium Studios Parent Club
A Community Gathering Place
The Mycelium Parent Club was created as a space for families to gather, share skills and support one another through the transformative years of raising young children.
Across the gatherings, parents offered sessions drawn from their own passions and knowledge — from nature-based play such as Seeds and Sprouts and Nature Play to art-making and creative activities for both children and adults. These sessions allowed families to learn from one another while creating an atmosphere of shared curiosity, creativity and care.
Our vision is to cultivate a vibrant community of families who support each other in life’s endeavours while nourishing the creative, adventurous and independent spirits of our beloved little ones.
At Mycelium Parent Club we seek to recreate something many of us long for in this hyper-individualised world: a sense of village. We create spaces where parents can be real and vulnerable with one another — sharing the challenges and triumphs of parenting while exploring ways to raise children with joy, connection and healing.
The gatherings encourage children to play, explore, make mess and connect with others, while also fostering relationships with trusted adults beyond their immediate family — nurturing the kind of alloparenting that has supported families across cultures for generations.
Through shared skills, conversation and creativity, the Parent Club becomes a living experiment in how communities can support both parents and children to thrive.
