About EarthMind Mother Support
Earth Mind is a Melbourne-based practice supporting mothers and families.
We move through the interconnected pathways of parenting, reparenting, and rewilding.
Rooted in the fields of somatics, ecology, and the imaginal, Earth Mind offers parenting support, motherhood support, Aware Parenting education, parent coaching, workshops and community gatherings that help people reconnect with themselves, their children, and the living world around them.
In a culture that fragments attention, devalues care, and disconnects us from nature, Earth Mind offers pathways back into relationship. Relationship with our bodies. Relationship with our children. Relationship with place. Relationship with the stories that shape our lives.
My work supports parents to navigate the beautiful and often challenging terrain of family life through Aware Parenting, nervous system awareness, emotional healing, listening partnerships, play, and connection-based approaches to raising children.
I work with mothers moving through matrescence—the profound transformation that accompanies motherhood—offering space to process the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that arise during this season of life. Through one-to-one sessions, parenting support, and community circles, I help parents cultivate greater confidence, connection, and resilience.
Alongside this work, I create opportunities for families to deepen their relationship with the more-than-human world. Through storytelling, seasonal gatherings, nature connection experiences, and rewilding practices, I explore how we can nurture children's innate sense of wonder and belonging while fostering cultures of care.
Underlying all of this is an interest in the imaginal: the realm of story, symbol, dream, myth, and meaning. The place where new possibilities emerge. The place where personal healing meets cultural change.
Earth Mind brings together Aware Parenting, somatic practice, nature connection, and community care to support families in creating lives that are more connected, embodied, and deeply rooted.
Because the way we raise children matters.
The stories we live by matter.
And the future is shaped by what we learn to love.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Earth Mind offers parenting circles, workshops, one-to-one support, and resources for parents seeking a more connected approach to family life.

Coming from a desire to re-centre connection, care and love, at Earth mind we practise re-rooting ourselves into the fertile ground of our Mother.
I journey with the mothers who are moved by the project of mothering. The ones who are transformed in these churning waters.
The ones pulled from once-known shores and carried out into the depths by a life-current that tumbles and dumps and seethes and foams. The one that drags us further from what we have ever known, further than we have ever been.
These waters are not gentle. They know how to maim. They know how to kill.
And yet, if we can find a way to move, to be moved, to move with, something begins to shift. Eventually we returned to shore carrying the salty taste of the depths. Bubbling with new ideas and ways of seeing that want to move through us.
For we have swum amongst creatures strange and wonderful. We have tasted nutrient-dense seaweeds. We have witnessed microscopic swarms and the great rolling movements of ancient captured sunlight.
I swim with the mothers out there in the depths, trying to make sense of this season and occasionally finding something luminous amongst the chop.
The ones fiercely protecting the wild magic and wonder of childhood. The ones holding little people with an emotional depth they never knew possible. A capacity that rose up from beneath them like a wild dog emerging from the dark.
I walk beside mothers who know that this work matters.
Because our culture casts us adrift at precisely the moment we most need shepherding. We are attempting this impossible, beautiful work in an age of nuclear families, fragmentation and ecological collapse. A time when more is expected of mothers than ever before, and less support is available.
How we choose to navigate this moment with our little people matters.
I support mothers as I too roll amongst the swell. To listen deeply and share what insights I have gathered from years of gathering community, listening to mothers, holding circles, workshopping challenges, celebrating successes, and walking alongside families as they find their own way through.
I hope you will join me as we navigate these murky waters together, gathering the stories, practices and wild wisdom we need to raise children whilst remaining fully alive in a time of unraveling.
